The documents that "Pamfleti" is publishing prove that the deputy of the SP, Vullnet Sinaj, for 9 years has been committing fiscal evasion and concealment of income, through tax fraud, with false annual balances and division of the "Big Market" network into several parts.
Out of 140 "Big Market" networks, the owner MP Vullnet Sinaj has lost 67 of them, which he removed from the "Big Market" logo and grouped them with the "Bigalb Group" logo, named according to cities and areas.
For the years 2020-2021, these 67 "Big Market" stores, deputy Vullent Sinaj, have released 62 million ALL losses and 71 million ALL losses; although 51 of the markets are in Tiraë, Durrës, Vlorë, Fier, Elbasan, Lezhë, Shkodër, Korçë, Berat, Dibër Lushnje, etc.

For 2017, when Edi Rama became a deputy of the SP, Vullnet Sinaj took out the 67 markets of the "Bigalb Group" network with a loss of 35 million ALL; while after several denunciations to the anti-economic crime and after the KLSH report on taxes for fiscal evasion of large businesses, he made a profit of 40 million for 2018 and 20 million for 2019.
But as we said above, for the years 2020-2021, he declared 62 million ALL losses and 71 million ALL losses; while for the years 2022-2023, deputy Vullnet Sinaj has not submitted balances in taxes, hiding and not paying millions of Euros of obligations to the state during 9 years.
While Edi Rama said that he is honest, correct with the law and has not asked for anything from the SP government; but in the future, we will publish other facts of fiscal fraud in customs and taxes, worth millions of Euros, which MP Vullnet Sinaj hides and does not pay to the state./ Pamphlet
