In the archive of the former Serious Crimes Prosecutor's Office there is an investigative file of the Italian authorities on the criminal activity of Andrea Çaushi alias Renato Çaushi, who supplied drugs to two families in the area of Sicily.
Some police and SHISH reports describe Andrea Çaushi as the administrator of drug parcels in the areas of Tepelena, Gjirokastra and Saranda.
But, only the Italian file is enough to make Renato Caushi subject to the anti-mafia law. In the conditions where Çaushi has shown that he easily buys the police of Saranda, the prosecutor's office and the courts of Gjirokastra and Vlora, SPAK has the legal obligation to implement the anti-mafia law for Andrea Çaushi alias Renato Çaushi, a character with a significant criminal record and tens of millions of assets euro, product of criminal activity and money laundering.
The head of SPAK, Altin Dumani, has shown the will to attack all criminal groups in the country, from Bajrat in Shkodër, Avdylajt in Shijak, Çopjat in Elbasan, Çapjat in Elbasan, Nikla's gang, Duke's gang, etc.
Why does SPAK not launch an investigation into the head of the crime in the Tepelena-Saranda areas, as a legal obligation stemming from the anti-mafia law?
Who protects Andrea Çaushin in SPAK?
Through an illegal contract with the Ministry of Culture, through the company Alb Tavos, Andrea Çaushi has filled the Castle of Leather in Sarandë, one of the main points of tourism in Albania, with restaurants and bars.
Through the Albanian Natural Stone company, with the license K73615601A, and with an illegal permit from the Ministry of Environment, Andrea Çaushi uses Dropulli e Epërm as a quarry, where through the export of stone it is suspected that cocaine traffic is enabled.
Along the Sarandë-Ksamil road, Kanali i Çuka, district 1, Andrea Çaushi owns a 7-story hotel, built with dirty money, where the first floor is adapted as a coffee bar.
In the Gulf of Map in Ksamil, Andrea Çaushi has built a restaurant worth millions of euros and also uses the beach. The property is in the name of family members.

Çaşi's criminal activity
Andrea Çaushi was arrested in 2021 during the "Viluni" operation, as an organizer of drug trafficking in Italy.
According to a file of the Italian authorities, Çaushi supplied drugs to two families in the Sicily area, while investigations have shown that he had a close friendship with Elton Çiço, killed in 2016 in a gun attack inside a bar in Tirana.
He was released from prison a month later by a corrupt Appeal judge, where it is suspected that he received 300,000 euros in exchange. The judge was not convinced by the evidence file of the Italian and Albanian prosecution.
Subsequently, Çaushi managed to buy off the Prosecutor of Serious Crimes, removing the charges against him. If SPAK opens this file, the public will be shocked.
According to a secret SHISH report, Çaushaj is one of the main people who controls drug trafficking in the south of Albania, especially in the Tepelena area, while he cleans the money of criminal activity through several businesses.
In June 2021, Andrea Caushi, his brother Visi Caushi and their friend Redjan Hadëri, seriously injured the owner of the "Orange" bar in Sarandë, Spiro alias Ermal Iljadhi, who was shot with 20 bullets.
Iljadhi is suspected of having borrowed with interest the sum of 300,000 from the two Çaushi brothers, much of which he used to furnish two summer bars in Saranda. It is precisely the non-return of this financial amount that caused the clash with weapons.
This time too, the organizer Andrea Caushi threw justice, bribing the police and the prosecutor's office for tampering with the evidence. The soldier Redjan Hadëri took responsibility.
In November 2021, Andrea Çaushi was handcuffed by the police with an illegal firearm. Çaushi was handcuffed by Vlora police agents, while moving in the city with weapons without a permit.
The day after, Andrea Çaushi was released from prison by judge Sokol Pine, even though he was caught in the act with an illegal weapon, in exchange for 50 million old lek offered by the arrested person in the form of a property guarantee.
Çaushi managed to close this file later with the prosecutor of the case, manipulating the evidence and passing the responsibility by agreement to his friend, Eugert Bakalli. Next...
