Crime has so much control over the government that it prevents it from implementing its own decisions...

For 23 years, the Leather Castle in Saranda with its 7 state-owned buildings were used as a rent-free, tax-free and profit-tax-free tourist resort by the company "Alb Tavos" of the Vangjel Tavos family, granted in April 2000. by order of former Prime Minister Ilir Meta.

On April 24, 2017, Harallamb Tavo donated 50% of the business at Kalaja e Lëkurës worth 750 thousand Euros to the chief trafficker Andrea Çuashi alias Renato Çaushi from Kalivaçi Tepelena.

He gave it to him, as a conversion of the usurious debt that the "Tavo" family had received, but the trafficker Andrea Çaushi had a 25% partnership in this business through Ditjona Çaushi's family.

After the donation of 50% shares, the chief trafficker Andrea Çaushi, through the Dritjona Çaushi family, on July 12, 2023, received the 25% share of the Tavo family in the business at Kalaja e Lëkurës, with Donation Contract No. 876/234, signed before the notary Gentian Bineri.

While the chief trafficker Andrea Çaushi, on July 12, 2023, became 100% owner of the business at the resort in Kalana e Lëkurës; a month later, at the proposal of the former Minister of Culture, Elva Margariti, the government with Decision No. 501, dated August 24, 2023, removed the castle from the private company and transferred it 100% to the administration of the state, which actually owns it.

Someone within the government has informed the Tavo family that the castle of Lëkurës would be returned to the state, and they played the game of donation, to pay off the debt of 1.4 million Euros to the trafficker Andrea Çuashi.

But even today, 1 year after the government's decision, the Leather Castle in Saranda has not been freed from the trafficker, Andrea Çuashi, who continues the tourist business, even occupying 3250 m2 of state land near this castle.

In Government Decision No. 501, dated August 24, 2023, it is stated that the decision entered into force immediately on that date; and the minister Elva Margariti was in charge of its implementation, but she did not implement the decision, leaving trafficker Andrea Çaushi in charge, to continue the business at Kalaja e Lëkurës.

For 8 months, this government decision is not being implemented even by the minister Blendi Gonxhja, allowing the use of this fortress by the trafficker Andrea Çuashi, even without a contract, without rent, without taxes and without profit tax in the state.

Prime Minister Edi Rama, who signed the decision to remove the castle from the hands of Andrea Çaushi and transfer it to administration by the Ministry of Culture, is not acting either./Pamphlet
