Albanian gang boss, Bekim Bulica, with two cocaine call centers in the middle of Paris, reported by the French police and SHISH to the Albanian justice bodies, described by Le Monde with the nickname "Zamir" due to the investigations of the French Narcotics Brigade, but who according to a report beat the Fanaj brothers with baseball bats
In May 2024, the prestigious French newspaper Le Monde published the article “Overdose ,” describing an Albanian identified by the pseudonym “Zamir,” who ran one of the most thriving cocaine call centers in Paris; “Zamir,” Le Monde writes, had kidnapped and beaten one of his distributors with baseball bats, who left with half of his clientele, and then spread the video of the beating on social media to scare others. The French editorial office changed the name because the person was under investigation by the Brigade des stupéfiants (French Narcotics Brigade).
But sources confirm to “Pamfleti” that “Zamir” is none other than the Albanian capo of Paris, Bekim Bulica; the same top secret report obtained by “Pamfleti” reveals that the distributor cited by Le Monde was in fact one of the Fanaj brothers, who were brutally beaten with baseball bats in Albania, while the perpetrators of the beating were Bekim Bulica and his relatives.
On September 5, 2023, the Albanian court remanded Blerim Bulica in prison for the rape of police officer Ervin Fanaj and his brother Bledar Fanaj in Kombinat; Bekim Bulica, Besart Bulica, Shaban Bulica and Benard Aliaj remained wanted by the police, while footage obtained by the media showed that the five people had blocked the Fanaj brothers' path and beaten them with baseball bats. Bekim Bulica, although wanted, was never arrested and continues to move freely.
The latter has been known to the French police for years for two cocaine call centers in the center of Paris; on April 24, 2025, Le Parisien revealed that an Albanian network was running two call centers in Paris and the suburbs, where eight people were charged with drug trafficking, money laundering and criminal organization, while on February 20, 2026 , the same newspaper reported on the arrest of three Albanians in their twenties who distributed cocaine on foot and by bicycle. In total, 15 young Albanian men have ended up in French prisons because of this network; after each arrest, the French police have sent information to SHISH and Albanian justice bodies, but Bekim Bulica has never been arrested, because he does not touch the drugs and manages them remotely through the "spoofer" A. Cuka from Korça.
Regarding the involvement of the Albanian capobanda of Paris in cocaine trafficking, the French police sent information to SHISH and the State Police in June 2025, February 2026 and after the operation of July 2025; EUROPOL, in cooperation with three EU countries, sent information on November 11, 2025 and January 16, 2026, while SHISH and BKH were put into action. Sources close to SHISH indicate that the French authorities have sent at least three times information with evidence about Bekim Bulica's money laundering in Albania, but so far no serious investigation has been launched.
Bekim Bulica is not listed as the owner of any business in Albania; everything is held in the name of the KB, LB and FP families and it is suspected that the Paris cocaine money is laundered through these firms. He owns luxury cars, luxury watches, lakeside apartments in Albania and apartments in Dubai; confidential sources describe him as "the most powerful Albanian in the European market for selling grams", but no assets have been seized by SPAK.
Bekim Bulica's power has reached such an extent that he is currently in Albania and appears publicly at the "Kazerma e Cerenit" restaurant in Tirana; this restaurant is built on the former military ward no. 3031 in Surrel, 40 thousand square meters, which the Edi Rama government leased to chef Ceren Ismet Shehu, (Bulica's 'friend') for 20 years for just 1 euro in April 2020. In a video shared on social media, Bekim Bulica is seen inside this restaurant making the "Victory" sign, while 15 young Albanian men are serving sentences in French prisons because of his call centers.
What is not yet known is that secret service agents have long been infiltrated as tourists in the “Principotes & Tulum” bar and the “Kazerma e Cereni” restaurant; they have reported on Bekim Bulica’s money laundering activity, his meetings with listed persons and the way cocaine money circulates freely in Albania.
