This vital medicine has been imported until July 2025 by the company "Megapharma", one of the clientelist companies in healthcare tenders, whose owner, Rasim Hamzaraj, is continuing negotiations with Minister Evis Sala, the Director of the Medicines Agency, Erjon Spahiu, and the Director of FSDKSH, Arti Papajani.
The Authorization Holder for this drug is the multinational company "Merck Sharp & Dohme", which has regularly sold it to pharmaceutical warehouses "Megapharma Sh.pk" and health leaders have included it on the reimbursement list.
Inspections conducted by the authorized foreign company "Merck Sharp & Dohme" have shown that none of the patients with tumors treated with the drug "Keytruda" at the "Mother Teresa" University Hospital have traces of this drug in their bodies.
So, the medicine was not injected into the patients, because the hospital center's pharmacy did not provide it for use, while filling out the documents as if it had been injected into patients with tumors, deceiving the doctors who reflected the medicine in the prescriptions and treatment protocols.
The company "Megapharma" owned by Rasim Hamzaraj has fictitiously invoiced as if it had supplied the "Mother Teresa" University Hospital with this medicine, specifically the central pharmacy, where for several years the Director of the Pharmaceutical Service has been Mirela Rexhepi, who has signed the fictitious invoices.
Through them and in collaboration with the Director of the Medicines Agency, Erjon Spahiu and the Director of FSDKSH, Arti Papajani, and the relevant doctors, patients at the "Mother Teresa" University Hospital were deceived into believing that they were treated with the drug "Keytruda", thereby stealing 3 million Euros in funds.
In order to lose track of this scandal, or more precisely of this crime against patients, the creation of a fictitious company called "Glosarijs AL" Sh.pk was staged.
The owner of this company, disguised as a theft mask, was kept secret by the leaders of the Ministry of Health, the Drug Agency, the FSDKSH, the Pharmacy at the "Mother Teresa" University Hospital, and the owner of the "Megapharma" company, acting as if they did not know him.
"Pamfleti" has discovered that the owner of the company "Glosarijs AL" Sh.pk, which is being used as a front to steal 3 million Euros of the anti-tumor drug "Keytruda", is 67-year-old Branislav Martinovic from Podgorica, Montenegro.
With dirty connections in the Albanian and regional market of smuggled, expired medicines and fraudulent contracts, such as the one with the drug "Keytruda" at the "Mother Teresa" University Hospital, Montenegrin Branislav Martinovic, on November 2, 2023, registered the fictitious company "Glosarijs AL" Sh.pk in Albania.
The company is engaged in wholesale trade in medical equipment and medicines, with a capital of 100 lek and an initial address: "ABA Business Center" Tirana, while after 1 month it changed its address, declaring itself in Fushë Prezë - Rrugë e Rinasit, but since 2023 it has no balance sheet, although it has implemented contracts worth millions of euros in healthcare.
This company in Albania is a subsidiary of the company "Glosarijs CD Podgorica", owned by Montenegrin citizen Branislav Martinovic, a company with problems in the pharmaceutical market in Montenegro and several countries in the region.
The administrator of the “Glosarijs AL” subsidiary in Albania, which was used to defraud and steal 3 million Euros, is Ervis Aliu, while the Technical Director is Besiana Bezhani; both used by other companies for black market drug letters and fictitious contracts./ Pamphlet
