The Minister of Youth and Children, Bora Muzhaqi, known as the friend of Linda Rama's daughter, is remembered for the brats who have become memes, for being incompetent and having no job, although she is the minister of young people who have fled and are fleeing en masse as well of thousands of children who are abused, suffer for food, medical services, education, who beg and are trafficked.
But Minister Bora Muzhaqi, the daughter-in-law of the son of Adriana Berberi, the head of the Competition Authority, is really a "fool" from the mind with zero training, but apparently, with the instruction of her mother-in-law, "nona" of thieves, she has acquired skills in the disappearance of the funds allocated for the entertainment of children of poor areas and families.
In the information of the "Pamphlet" sourced from the Ministry of Finance, it is said that in 2023, the government has allocated a fund worth 4 million Euros, for the establishment of summer camps during the month of July, for the children of families in need in 15 municipalities with high level of poverty.
While this year, the Ministry of Finance has blocked this fund for summer camps, because the 4 million Euro fund of 2023 has been stolen, not setting up children's summer camps in the 15 designated municipalities.
But the Minister of Children, Bora Muzhaqi, has drawn up files with expenses for the construction of campsites, contracts for the supply of food products, cultural and sports entertainment activities and supervision with tutor teachers, psychologists and first aid specialists.
In the files of Bora Muzhaq, it is said that in July 2023, summer camps for children were set up and operated in 15 municipalities of Burrel, Bulqiza, Mirdita, Memaliaj, Këlcyrë, Selenicë, Peqin, Has, Rrogozhinë, Cërrik, Peqin, Delvinë, Patos, Mallakastër and Puke.
This fraud has been detected by the Ministry of Finance, which is not granting the Ministry of Children, the 4.7 million Euro fund for camping during the summer holidays for the year 2024; where Minister Bora Muzhaqi has requested 700 thousand Euro more, with the motive of adding 4 more municipalities in poor areas.
But the Ministry of Finance has decided that before the allocation of the fund, it will do a physical and financial verification in the respective municipalities, to see the use of the 4 million Euro fund of 2023, if these campsites have really been set up, which private companies have received them funds or were only the letters signed by Muzhaqi and the mayor.
