For several days, Sali Berisha has been repeating the evidence of SPAK and the Spanish and Dutch justice systems regarding the laundering of millions of dollars in drugs by traffickers and builders through towers, palaces and resorts in Albania.
He is talking as if he is amber and out of this crime, while his son Shkëlzen, daughter Argita and son-in-law Jamarbër Malltezi are active parts of the massive construction business in Albania, in addition to the 17 towers of the former "Partizani" complex.
Through Sali Berisha's deals, they have received building permits from Edi Rama and are legal and secret partners with builders involved in money laundering, land grabbing, and members of the "Aruba" group of Artur Shehu's gang.
But referring to data from investigations into the millions of drug trafficking groups and thieving officials, evidence of money laundering has emerged, linked to the builder Shkëlzen Berisha and his partners Ilir Shtufi, Shkëlqim Beshiri, Bashkim Ulaj and the "Osmani" clan.
Evidence has emerged from international investigations and from SPAK that Jamarbër Malltezi and his partner Fatmir Bektashi were involved in the drug money laundering and corruption network during the "Berisha" and "Rama" governments, both of whom are currently on trial for these activities.
According to information received in "Pamphlet", based on connections and evidence discovered so far, the National Bureau of Investigation has launched an investigation into the source of income used in construction by the companies "Kontakt", "Homeplan", "Magnet Imo" and "Bernard Engineers", in partnership with Jamarbër Malltez and Fatmir Bektashi, also connected to Pandeli Carapuli, about whom Sali Berisha is not talking.
The sources of financing that the "Berisha" family and partner Fatmir Bektashi have invested in parallel in these 17 residential complexes with villas and mansions are being scanned: "Pyjet e Drilonit", "Mangalem 21", "Ballada", "Kadiu", "Kaimi", "Aba 1", "Aba 2", "Oxa", "Nokia", "4 Shkurti", "Ana", "Eagle in Flight", "Homeplan", "Siri", "Marga", "Magnet" and "Pask One".
According to the accounting expertise conducted so far by the National Bureau of Investigation, it turns out that in these residential complexes in Tirana and Pogradec, the two defendant partners - Jamarbër Malltezi illegally and in the shadows, and Fatmir Bektashi with tax papers - have invested millions of euros with unjustified sources of income, not even from the sales made.
In fact, traces of the use of drug money and corruption by "blue" and "mavi" government officials have led the National Bureau of Investigation to two schemes to channel millions of black money:
1. Fraud, as if they had secured the invested income from the sales of the buildings in the foundation and during construction, when in fact they had not made sales of even 50% of the construction costs.
2. The absorption of millions of euros from criminal activities outside the banking system, including through their companies "SWARCO ALBANIA" of Fatmir Bektashi and Pandeli Carapuli and the companies "Environment and Sustainable Development" and "MAGNET GYM&FI" of Jamarbër Malltez, with the object of environmental studies and physical training in gyms and dances.
