Sali Berisha and his political and media circles have begun to serve as petty servants of the businessmen who finance or make money with him and his family. One of these businessmen is Besnik Bami, a shady character who has received permission to build the “Barcelona Tower” on “Ibrahim Rugova” Street.
His mention in the intercepts leaked by media close to Berisha, from the SPAK file from the cell phone of the director of the Albanian Anti-Corruption Agency, Evis Berberi, seems to have caused problems in Berisha's entourage, and the old doctor has started to put on a face mask.
As he knows, by closing a truth with a big lie, he says that "BB", mentioned as Karlo Bolino's contact, is Ben Blushi. But in reality it is about Besnik Bami, and this is clearly understood from the tabulations distributed by the media close to Berisha.
His company, "Bami Holding" (formerly "Bami"), is one of the most profitable contractors of public works awarded by the government. From roads, to waterworks and public buildings, until a year ago, when it received permission to build the "Barcelona Tower" on "Ibrahim Rugova" Street.
In other words, he is one of Bablok's closest partners in carrying out public works with state budget money.
But, like most Albanian oligarchs, Besnik Bami does not share the fixed idea that to succeed in business, one must have one's hands full: one hand on baklava and the other on revani.
His appearance in the tabulations published by the media close to Berisha was most likely received badly by the protagonist, who saw a conspiracy and seems to have threatened the people who connected him to Berisha and the contacts he maintains relationships with.
Alarmed by this "gaffe" they made, they charged the poor old man with clearing up the mistake, opening a new disinformation campaign with a new slander, of which he is a master.
But this time he has ruined it even more, as in this case Ben Blushi has no connection, while it is clear that he is talking about Sali Berisha's friend, who was also photographed with him during the 2021 Speech, where he was one of his major financiers.
And this is not the only one, as the list is very long: from the biggest oligarchs who receive the lion's share of multi-million tenders from Edi Rama, to the construction permits for towers over 11 floors, which are designed and signed by the prime minister himself./ Pamphlet
