If he had no interest in the towers and palaces, Sinan Idrizi would not even be interested in the stadium and would have abandoned the "Flamurtari" team of Vlora in time, but together with Bablok and his clan he is part of the tower affair.
Therefore, it intends to take over and command their construction business, and to privatize and administer 100% of the shares of the state company "Flamurtari Football Club", which is owned by the Municipality of Vlora.
With this aim and interest of Sinan Idrizi as a partner and mask of Edi Rama, the fact is related, that in complete violation of the law, the Municipality of Vlora for 3 years with Bablok's ultimatum, has delayed the privatization of the "Flamurtari" Football Club. , which should have been sold by February 2020.
But it was postponed, because Edi Rama and Sinan Idrizi were going to realize the scenario of the stadium with towers and palaces on state land, then the whole complex of the "Flamurtari" plant will be privatized.
Now that the government has approved the project, the new mayor of Vlorë Municipality, Ermal Dredha, has taken the first official step, to realize the scenario of the transfer of the Football Club "Flamurtari" and the stadium with towers in the hands of Sinan Idrizi.
By Decision no. 70, No. 10070/1 prot., dated August 31, 2023, the Municipality of Vlora has extended the financing to Sinan Idrizi by 1 year and postponed the privatization of the "Flamurtari" Football Club by 1 year, a period that includes 8 months after the start of construction of the stadium and the towers and buildings around it.
The goal is that during the construction works, Sinan Idrizi will be in charge of Football-Club "Flagumtari" and be his buyer, therefore the municipality has extended his appointment as administrator and Chairman of the Board of the club by 1 year.
