With what scenario did this land area of the Guard of the Republic at the Artan Lame dam end up?
Seven months after his dismissal from office, Artan Lame, the forger and destroyer director of asset registers and their robber with oligarchs, traffickers and rulers, has started a private business on state land, disguised as his NGO "Albanian Center of Inheritance".
The fact is this: the City Council of Tirana, with the proposal of the mayor Erjon Veliaj and Decision No. 142, dated December 23, 2022, approved the granting to the NGO of Artan Lames, 5,000 square meters of land and 2,850 square meters of buildings of the Guard of the Republic for free.
On this area of land and state-owned buildings, Artan Lame will develop a business with coffee bars, restaurants, entertainment games, market kiosks for rent, relaxation cabins and parking, called "Heritage Center for all Guards".
This area of land and objects will be given to the master thief Artan Lame for a period of 30 years, without any tax and without paying any profit to the state coffers, under the guise of a cultural-educational NGO, as if he will not earn a penny , something that will do great economic and commercial business.
The development project of this business is 3 million Euros, which Artan Lame took out after leaving his 10-year duties as Director of ALUIZNI, Cadastre and Property Return Commission; millions which he did not declare from what sources he obtained them.
To justify and hide these 3 million Euros of Artan Lame, with Decision No. 99, dated September 15, 2023, the City Council of Tirana, in unanimity of the position-opposition, has given a second approval to his business, to the land and facilities of the Guard of the Republic; for which, according to the agreement with the mayor Erjon Veliaj, the works for the construction of this resort will begin.

Mjaftoi firmosja nga Bledar Çuci, që Bashkia e Tiranës, të miratonte dhënien e 5000 m2, në përdorim prej OJF-së së Artan Lames, për gjoja krijimin e një qendre çlodhëse, edukimi e argëtimi të quajtur “Qendra trashëgimia për të gjithë-Garda AHC”.
