Referring to his dirty work and inviolability, it turns out that Janis Karathano, known as the oligarch of Bablok and Ilir Beqjes, has many connections of mutual interests inside and outside the government of Albanian justice based on economic-financial crime with tenders, concessions, drug smuggling, medical equipment and evidence of drug trafficking in drug shipments.
But until now, especially in the 11 years in power of Edi Rama, the "alligator" Janis Karathano, continues to embezzle millions of Euros from health funds without competition, with fake documents, fills hospitals with expired medicines and vaccines and medical equipment, implements supply contracts 30-50% of the amounts and it has not been touched by the prosecutors, not even by SPAK for 5 years.
Mafioso Janis Karathano has taken care not to make any of his profile pictures public, so much so that in the years 2014-2017, there was a suspicion that it was a name made up by Ilir Beqja in health tenders; but he is a real person from Dropulli, with Greek citizenship and living in Greece for 30 years, while in Albania he is selling tenders.
The person in the photo is 74-year-old Janis Thoma Karathano, or more precisely, the "alligator" that Babloku and Ilir Beqja continue to feed with millions of Euro tenders in health, where his company "Pegasus Sh.pk" is the most preferred.
He has 7 other companies registered in Albania with the names "Laboratory Networks", "AB Laboratory Solutions BV", "Pegasus-Vet", "Pegasus-Biocides", "Labopharma", "Pegasus Med" and "Global Strategic Initiatives owned by his partnership with family members, but they are also masks of partnership with current rulers.
Janis Karathano uses these 7 companies as "black channels" for the alienation of capital, the transfer and laundering of money and the smuggling of medicines and medical equipment and drug trafficking; which have often been the object of investigation by Anti-crime, Anti-trafficking, SHISH, the Directorate of Money Laundering Prevention, but it has not been brought to justice and its criminal activity is not being stopped.
During the 11 years in power of Edi Rama, the "alligator" Janis Karathano has swallowed a total of 245 million Euro tenders, and PPP-Medical Laboratories worth 138 million Euros including VAT for 10 years, through the ghost company "Laboratory Networks" registered in heaven fiscal.
But Janis, by order of the former minister Ilir Beqja in January 2014, has also received the monopoly of the import of orthopedic prostheses; of 94 medications for serious diseases between them and Oncology, as well as there are 117 medications on the sales list with reimbursement.
The mask of Ilir Beqje and Ogerta Manastrili in the businesses of Janis Karathano, is Nafize Bello, employed as a coordinator of the company "Pagasus" with a monthly salary of 30,000 Euros and 100,000 Euros in annual bonuses; who is the mother of Shpresa Bello, Director of Pharmaceuticals at the Ministry of Health./ Pamphlet
