From an investigation by the High Inspectorate of Asset Declaration and Control in 2015, it was found that the company ALDOSCH (J76504015S) had transferred over 7.7 million euros to the personal account of Tom Dosh.
The finding is part of a voluminous criminal file that ILDKPK referred to the General Prosecutor's Office for the black activity of Tom Doshi, where, among other things, he had laundered at least 23 million euros.
The investigation is believed to have been instigated by Ilir Meta after a fight with Tom Doshin during the division of profits with the Profarma company, the healthcare money guzzler.
The file was closed by prosecutors Adnan Xholi and Kostaq Beluri, who, more than investigating, are tired of dismissing this case. It is believed that the softening of relations between Meta and Doshi influenced the closure of the file.
This file and several other issues related to the activity of Tom Dosh, non grata from the USA for major corruption, has been taken over by SPAK, including the corrupt scheme to cancel the 18 million euro fine that Taxes imposed on Aldosch in 2008, for balance sheet fraud, money laundering and scheme fraud.
ALDOSCH, a scary story of corruption, staged by Ilir Meta
The Aldosch company, active in fuel trading and in the construction field,
is owned by Tom Doshi, while Bujar Stafuka, who turns out to be an ATM of Tom Doshi, has been appointed as the trustee.
Through the company Aldosch, Tom Doshi controls the drug production and sales company Profarma (former Pharmaceutical Manufacturing).
Profarma was founded in 1995 by the Ministry of Finance.
In August 2000, Ilir Meta, then prime minister, sold the public company to Tom Doshi for 534 million ALL.
According to the suspected bargain, Ilir Meta would have half of the shares. On 16.11.2000, the Supervisory Council of the company decided to elect the General Director Mr. Tom Dosh.
By 2014, the bargaining agreement was being implemented. Meta and Doshi used to take a helicopter ride over the Alps and enjoy looting public property.
The entire Ministry of Health was and is placed in the function of Profarma, which has the monopoly of the Albanian pharmaceutical industry.
Tom Doshi benefits greatly from Albania's "reimbursable drug" program, which allows patients to receive certain medications at government-subsidized rates. Over a third of the 352 medications covered by the program are produced by Profarma.
Millions of euros passed from Profarma to Aldosch and then from Aldosch they were divided into several pockets.

Historia u përdor nga Berisha për të goditur Metën, i cili dy vite më parë (2013), e kishte braktisur, duke u bashkuar me Ramën. Kjo lëvizje rrëzoi Berishën dhe solli PS-në në pushtet.
Të gjithë akuzonin njëri-tjetrin, por askush nuk thoshte të vërtetën, pasi ishin të implikuar.

Përmes kompanisë Aldosch, Tom Doshi kontrollon edhe kompaninë
ANTIBIOTIK (ish “EUROMEDICA”), me administrator ‘bankomatin’ Bujar Stafuka, me objekt prodhim, perpunim, konfeksionim, import-eksport-tregtim me shumicë e pakicë medikamentesh.
Nga llogaritë e kësaj kompanie kanë kaluar miliona euro në llogaritë e Tom Doshit, pa ndarë divident.
ANTIBIOTIK, sipas dosjes, është përdorur gjithashtu për pastrim parash dhe skema mashtrimi.
Me anë të ALDOSCH, Tom Doshi kontrollon edhe kompaninë GALAXY (ish “PRODENTALFARMA”), me objekt tregetimin me shumicë dhe pakicë të produkteve farmaceutike.
Përmes, Galaxy, Doshi kontrollon një tjetër kompani me aktivitet të dyshimtë, ILUMINA PHARMA.
Ndërkaq, GALAXY, sipas dosjes së ILDKPKI është përdorur për pastrim parash nga Tom Doshi.
Aldosch-Farma, 2.4 mijë tendera në shëndetësi
Tom Doshi dyshohet se qëndron edhe pas kompanisë Aldosch-Farma, me pronar në letra Aqif Hoxha, një ish punonjës pranë kompanive të Tom Doshit.
Aldosch-Farma ka marrë vitet e fundit (pas vitit 2015) mbi 2.4 mijë tendera në shëndetësi, me vlerë miliona euro. Aldosch-Farma është kompania që ka fituar numrin më të madh të tenderave në shëndetësi. Kjo kompani ka arritur të marrë edhe 50 tendera brenda një dite.
Janë disa fije që lidhin Aldosch-Farma me Tom Doshin. Në vitin 1996, Tom Doshi, bashkë me Tonin Shpatin, themelojnë kompaninë Aldosch, me kapital 100 mijë lejë, me objekt tregtim karburanti dhe ndërtime.
Në vitin 2003, ortaku i Tom Doshit, Tonin Shpati themelon kompaninë Aldosch – Farma, me zyra pikërisht tek adresa e Aldosch 1, me kapital 100 mijë lekë, me objekt magazinim dhe shitje me shumicë e banane farmaceutike.
Në vitin 2009, kompania gjermane Mibe GmbH bleu 100% të aksioneve të Aldosch Farma.
Four years later, in 2013, Mibe GmbH sold Mr. Aqif Hoxha to 49% of the shares of Aldosch Farma, for 700 thousand euros. In 2016, Aqif Hoxha, with a fantastic and fictitious business history, buys the other 51 shares for 730 thousand euros.
Where did Aqif Hoxha find 1.4 million euros to buy the company from the Germans? Afiq Hoxha was a member of the supervisory board of the company 'Antibiotic', which is controlled by the company Aldosch, owned by Tom Doshin.
All the facts and circumstances lead to the conclusion that Afiq Hoxha is the mask of Tom Doshi.
Other companies and money laundering
According to the ILDKPKI file, Tom Doshi also used the company Prodental Farma and Ajka for money laundering.
Doshi bought Prodental Farma for 1.3 million euros, selling it after 11 months for 4 million euros.
According to the file, Doshi also used the Trimed company owned by Shani Peposhi and Vilma Nushi, who have the corrupt check up concession, for money laundering.
There are 57 episodes of money laundering, asset concealment, fictitious contracts and suspicious bank transfers by Tom Doshi, ascertained by ILDKP.
