The meaning of the term "Property seizure" means its transfer to the administration of the Seizure Assets Agency under the Ministry of the Interior, and the prohibition of the owners to use or carry out actions with it, until a decision in the form of cut by the court.
This sequestration decision by SPAK has been in force since October 25, 2023 for 5512 m2 of land, on which former minister and MP Olta Xhaçka and her current husband Artan Gaçi have started to build the resort "Dreamades Luxury Suites" in Himarë as strategic investors.
This construction site, by decision of SPAK, was taken over by the Seized Assets Agency and surrounded with blocking tape: "Sequestered object , entry is prohibited", placing it under the supervision of the Himarë Police Station.
But the information received in the "Pamphlet" indicates that 2 weeks after the decision to seize and block the works of of the resort, former minister Olta Xhaçka and her husband Artan Gaçi, have re-started and are continuing the construction of the resort's central hotel.
With Artan Gaçi's guarantee, the workers remove the SPAK ribbon from the facility and work, while when they leave they put them back; works which the leaders and officers of the state police in Himare act as if they do not see them and as if they do not know about them, although they have received many complaints.
