The efforts of the Albanian mother, Dinora Neçi, to take the daughter, as she should according to Cypriot, Albanian and international laws; for 8 years they have been without result, because the girl's father, Nikolas Eleftheriou, has mafia and financial cooperation with the police, the judiciary and the institutions of Cyprus, who have imprisoned him and deported him several times by force.
But the Albanian State, for 8 years, is not acting or even reacting at all, for this inhumane crime against an Albanian citizen and mother, whose Cypriot citizen, the sadist Nikolas Eleftheriou, has kidnapped her daughter Eleftheria Eleftheriou and is holding her hostage with fake documents.
