President Bajram Begaj quietly approved the decree of the anti-constitutional law, which isolates within the country and forces medical students with blocked diplomas to work 5 years in Albania, or otherwise pay 6000 Euro costs for each year of study.
The students have expressed disgust to the President of the Republic, for this disloyalty towards them, because they, based on the honest conversation with the head of state, were waiting for the law not to be decreed.
But Bajrami shook him, and as always he did the next service to the government, as "sergeant" of Edi Rama; who, as such, not only appointed him President even though he was an anonymous person, with grotesque formation, but also made him a financial mess by doubling his salary and giving a reward of 6 million lek, for the finger he cut in a glass of brandy while drunk .
The medical students, at the end of their studies, will face the anti-constitutional law that was approved in silence, in an insidious and treacherous manner by Bajram Begaj, implementing Edi Rama's order not to delay the implementation with a rejection decree.

In fact, the whole law is in violation of constitutional rights, with the isolation of students and the obligation to work within the country, blocking diplomas and financial payments for state expenses in the academic years.
Together with the law for medical students, "sergeant" Bajram Begu of Edi Rama, let the law for the legalization of cannabis and the law for the Academy of Sciences, which leaves Skënder Gjinushi and Tomë Doshi, president for life.
