In the conditions where SPAK is "purging" the directors one by one, Erion Veliaj has set his eyes on the thieves in the ranks of the opposition, to place them in leadership positions, replacing the directors arrested by SPAK.
The pamphlet has learned that Erion Veliaj has appointed Florian Lila as the director of all sector heads in the General Directorate of Cleaning and Greening in Tirana, a directorate bent on clientelistic and corrupt tenders.
Veliaj has appointed Lila to the head of the Directorate of Green Cleaning, instead of Arlinda Binjak, who is expected to be arrested by SPAK for affairs with tenders.
Florian Lila was arrested by order of the Tirana Prosecutor's Office in October 2021, as part of a criminal group that sold contraband drugs during the pandemic.
Lila was handcuffed after a 10-month investigation, on the charge of "Manufacturing and trading of counterfeit drugs and medical devices or dangerous to health" and "Trading and transportation of contraband goods".
Florian Lila ran the fraud scheme through a pharmacy and several warehouses with contraband drugs.
Lila managed to get out of prison, while today it is not known if she has closed the criminal file at the Prosecutor's Office of Tirana. Suspicions are strong that Lila may have paid and bought the divorce prosecutor. The pamphlet will provide information on the fate of this file in the coming days.
Florian Lila has held the position of chairman of the Democratic Party for unit number 11.
In the parliamentary elections of April 25, 2021, Lila was engaged in the campaign as the leader of the DP branch and as one of the most trusted party members of Albana Vokshi, whose husband is a partner with Bol of cocaine, Ervis Mata, in the former Exhibition .
After the defeat of PD in the elections and the split between Berisha and Basha, Lila joined Lulzim Basha.
But, seeing that the DP was just leaving power, Lila joined Erion Valiaj and Rilindja. He started collecting votes for Erion Veliaj and working against Belid Kellici.
And the reward was not late. After the reconfirmation at the head of the municipality, Veliaj catapults Florian Lila to the head of green cleaning.
Drug smuggling and fraud schemes are not the only stains on Florian Lila's CV, with files in the prosecutor's office and part of an investigation by SPAK.
Lila is a partner in business and property robbery with Ymer Marku, the former mayor of Bërxulle Municipality, with several files opened in the Prosecutor's Office of Tirana, for the alienation of properties in one of the most enviable areas for business and development, between Tirana and Vora.
Part of the looted properties were sold to the octopus of corrupt tenders, Arbër Abazi, under investigation by SPAK for corruption with the head of the Public Procurement Commission, Jonaid Myzyri, who was previously employed by Arbër Abazi's companies.
Public and private properties have also been owned by Ymer Mark and Florian Lila, directly and by being camouflaged with close people.
