Myftaraj has created clientelistic and corrupt relationships with public officials of Gramsh Municipality, Elbasan Municipality, Librazhd Municipality, several directorates of Tirana Municipality, Dimal Municipality, Rrogozhinë, Shijak, Belsh Waterworks, Tirana Parks Directorate, Archives Directorate, Elbasan Hospital, Board of Korca Drainage, Ministry of Agriculture, etc.
Some of the public officials who have signed the tenders with the flag of corruption for Eral Myftaraj are Erinda Fino, Tomorr Zaimaj, Luan Tabaku, Çlirim Puto, Dasantila Tahiraj, Irland Sina, Juliana Memaj, Antonela Dedej, Nuri Belba, Arben Asllani, Dritan Agolli i ADF etc.
