Ervin Mata, the international drug trafficker wanted by 8 countries, was arrested in Brazil – but in Albania, his aunt Adriana Berberi, father-in-law Bedri Buzi and husband Besard Buzi (senior officials in the Ministry of Finance) have bought 3 villas in Philadelphia with money that allegedly comes from cocaine. MP Bora Muzhaqi (married to Besard Buzi) has been a minister and continues to be in power. Why is SPAK not investigating their assets?
After 10 years untouched by the Albanian police and justice, after more than 2 years formally wanted by SPAK, the Police and 7 other countries, the trafficker Ervin Mata was arrested by the Brazilian justice. In Albania, he was not touched and has received tenders, has done hotel business and tower construction, because he has dark connections with the "Rama" family, through which they have usurped sectors of power where they circulate and supervise funds and assets and ministerial positions.
One of them, part of the family of trafficker Ervin Mata, is Bora Muzhaqi, a Socialist Party MP and former Minister for Children and Youth, who has benefited from these positions through her friendship with Linda Rama's daughter.

Adriana Berberi (Buzi); Ervin Mata's aunt and Bora Muzhaqi's mother-in-law, has held 3 state positions during Edi Rama's 13 years in power: Member of the Board of the Competition Authority, Member of the Board of the Committee of Accounting Experts in the Ministry of Finance, and Member of the Board of the Financial Supervision Authority.
Bedri Buzi, husband of Adriana Berberi, aunt of Ervin Mata, and father-in-law of MP Bora Muzhaqi; for 13 years he has been the Administrator of Sequestered Assets at the Ministry of Finance; therefore, subordinate to his son Besard Buzi, who is Bora Muzhaqi's husband.
This entire nepotistic family network, which controls finances, public assets, and control over monopolies and concessions, revolves around Luan Mata, the father of drug trafficker Ervin Mata; who, through the hotel and tower business, launders millions in drugs and corruption.

After the SPAK arrest warrant for the trafficker Ervin Mata, SPAK began a property investigation for him and his family members Luan, Merita and Emis Mata and his ex-fiancée, singer Elvana Gjata, based on evidence and indications that their assets and businesses are derived from cocaine income. However, in the property investigation, SPAK did not include aunt Adriana Berberi (Buzi), husband Bedri Buzi and son Besard Buzi; who are the mother-in-law, father-in-law and husband of Bora Muzhaqi and family ties of the trafficker Ervin Mata, although the family property investigation is required by the anti-mafia law.
Because there is evidence and proof that the trafficker Ervin Mata, in addition to investing millions of Euros in hotel and tower businesses in Albania, has financed the purchase of assets outside Albania, also hidden in Adriana Berberi, her husband Bedri Buzi and son Besard Buzi, along with his wife Bora Muzhaqi.
According to the data, Ervin Mata's aunt, Adriana Berberi, with the millions that he gave her, has purchased 3 villas in Philadelphia, USA, where the largest villa is in the name of Adriana Berberi, 1 villa in the name of her husband Bedri Buzi, while the other in the name of her son Besard Buzi, the husband of MP Bora Muzhaqi. All 3 villas are located in a residential area "Pa Welsh Rd - 19115 Philadelphia", in the same registry, block of flats and set of addresses, except with different postal codes and phone numbers.
Even the villas, apartments and commercial units in Tirana, Durrës, Vlorë, Lalëz and Shëngjin, and the 3 villas in the USA, should be investigated by SPAK along with the property file of the close family members of the trafficker Ervin Mata, because they are high-ranking state officials.
The question that arises is: Why doesn't SPAK investigate the assets of MP Bora Muzhaqi and her in-laws, when they are directly linked to an international drug trafficker wanted by 8 countries?/ Pamphlet
