
The European Union continues to be unsparing to Ukraine's demands.
As part of an aid program for Ukraine, the European Commission has transferred another installment of 1.5 billion euros to Kiev. In total, 18 billion euros have been transferred, announced the president of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen.
"Today we are distributing another 1.5 billion euros to Ukraine in macro-financial assistance. Through this money we are helping to keep Ukraine's services and infrastructure afloat in its courageous fight for freedom," she wrote on Twitter.
The total volume of the EU aid program for Ukraine for 2023 is 18 billion euros or 1.5 billion per month. This money is used to cover the current budget expenses of Kyiv.
