The storm "Daniel" that hit Libya caused thousands of victims and disappeared and massively destroyed the country.
According to foreign media, the number of victims so far is reported to have written over 2,200 people, mainly in the eastern Libyan city of Derna, which is also the most affected, according to international agencies and officials.
According to Mohammad al-Khabisi, the director of Wahda Hospital, 1,700 people lost their lives in one of the city's districts and 500 in the other. According to the Red Cross, the final number of victims of the storm "Daniel" will be much higher, as 7,000 residents have been injured and more than 10,000 are missing.
Images shared via videos on social media show bodies of victims lying on the streets of the city and devastating floods in Derna, where cars can also be seen submerged under water.
The city in question was flattened by the collapse of two dams, which has also caused great damage to people .
"The streets are full of victims", say the residents of the city who survived the disaster.
