Eria Ago seeks freedom in the High Court. Earlier, the security measure against Safet Bajri's girlfriend was eased from "prison arrest" to "house arrest".
The GJKKO appeal previously decided to impose house arrest on Eria Ago. She is suspected of having knowledge of and assisting in the murder of Fatbardh Lici, who was executed in the Kiras neighborhood in 2018, very close to his apartment.
Ago is accused by SPAK of supporting the perpetrator of the crime and has been in custody since February 26.
Ago was arrested in March this year, after the Special Prosecution Office suspected that she drove one of the vehicles used in the murder of Fatbardh Lici. Although the 31-year-old has denied the Prosecution's accusations of her involvement in the incident, her claims have not been taken into account by the court.
