BBC viewers were left shocked by weather forecaster Lizzie Rizzini's appearance on Tuesday evening.
What caught the attention of viewers and sparked their comments was the detail revealed during the weather forecaster's movements.
As seen in the video, the 49-year-old weather presenter revealed her black tights on 'Six O'Clock News', as well as a black line above them, which caused a "fury" among followers.
Many thought her look was bold enough, with comments including, "all dads should lie in a dark room until they come to their senses" and "I've never seen tights on the BBC."
However, some women claimed that the reality was perhaps less daring, writing: "Sorry to spoil your mood, but I suspect they are cycling shorts or thermals", "I have never seen socks covered naturally with a black T-shirt".
