The number of victims in Italy has reached 7 as a result of the bad weather that has engulfed Italy for at least two days.
The most serious situation continues to be in Tuscany, while 5 other regions are on alert, where the impact of the storm Ciaran has been somewhat lower.
Last night, the evacuation of people in difficulty continued in Montale, Montemurlo and Prato, while 1,200 people left their homes.
The president of the Tuscany region, Eugenio Giani, reports that damages could reach up to 300 million euros as a result of the floods, at a time when many families are still without power, a large part of which for security reasons.
The authorities fear the idea that some rivers may burst their banks to further worsen the situation and have therefore notified residents to stay on the upper floors of their homes.
