The President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, declared today that the latest developments in the world are leading the latter towards an open nuclear conflict.
"I know Putin very well. "Few people know Putin like I do ," said Vucic.
"Some who do not know him think that he is threatening with "empty weapons", he added, while saying that the Russian president will use nuclear weapons if Moscow's security and the security of its forces are threatened.
"If the security of Moscow is threatened, as well as the security of its forces, and if it sees that there is no other way out, it will use nuclear weapons. We are completely unprepared at this point. We have 257 thousand places in shelters. We need to rebuild the infrastructure to reach the number of about one and a half million people who can go to shelters," he said.
