Iran has warned that it will withdraw from the ceasefire agreement if Israel continues its attacks on Lebanon, according to Iranian state media reports.

The Tasnim news agency, citing an unidentified source, reported that the cessation of fighting on all fronts, including Lebanon, is part of the two-week ceasefire agreement between Iran and the United States. The same source said that the Iranian armed forces have begun identifying targets to respond to the recent Israeli attacks on Lebanese territory.

A separate report broadcast by Iranian state television conveyed a similar stance, citing sources according to which Iran intends to retaliate against attacks against Hezbollah, which it considers a violation of the ceasefire.

It is also reported that Iran has closed the Strait of Hormuz again, blocking the passage of oil tankers through this waterway, in retaliation for Israeli attacks on Hezbollah.

Oil tankers attempting to pass through the strait received threatening messages from the Iranian Navy, according to several shipping sources.

" Any ship attempting to travel at sea... will be targeted and destroyed... " read the message, which was picked up by several ships.

The ceasefire agreement between the United States and Iran does not include Lebanon, White House spokeswoman Caroline Leavitt told the Associated Press.

On the other hand, Israel states that the agreement does not include its operations against Hezbollah in Lebanon. Meanwhile, Iran and Pakistan maintain that the ceasefire should be implemented on all fronts.

According to Lebanon's Health Ministry, dozens of people have been killed and hundreds injured in Israeli airstrikes. Israeli authorities say they have carried out one of the most intense waves of strikes on suspected Hezbollah targets since the conflict resumed last month.

Reports indicate that over 100 targets were hit within about 10 minutes, including the capital Beirut, where successive explosions were recorded.

Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz called the operation the most focused strike against Hezbollah in recent memory. He also warned the group's leader, Naim Kassem, that it would face consequences, adding that Hezbollah would pay a high price for its actions against Israel.
