The American analyst, Ivana Stradner, through a post on social networks, stated that Russia and Serbia are playing with Washington and the West.
Stradner's reaction came after the statement of the senior advisor of the US Department of State, Derek Chollet, who wrote on the "X" platform about the conversations he had with the Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, and the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic.
According to her, Putin and Vucic are laughing at the US, as they know that Washington will not lift a finger. She has said that Serbia and Russia will test NATO in the Balkans and that "weakness emboldens dictators."
"Moscow and Belgrade are playing Washington as a 'fiddle'. Putin and Vucic are laughing at the USA and they know that Washington will not lift a finger. You will see more NATO testing in the Balkans. Weakness emboldens dictators," she wrote.
In the early hours of Sunday, September 24, the Kosovo Police was attacked by a group of Serbs, leaving policeman Afrim Bunjaku dead and two other policemen injured.

The authorities in Kosovo have released evidence that implicates the vice president of the Serbian List, Milan Radojčič as the leader of this terrorist group. Radojicic is also sanctioned by the United States of America and Great Britain.
