The British government seems to have been totally reformed. As it happened in the previous governments, today the storm started in Sunak's cabinet.

Meanwhile, there is a sensational development, after former Prime Minister David Cameron returned to the government. He has taken the post of Foreign Secretary.

His sudden return to the front line of politics follows the past seven years he spent writing memoirs and dabbling in business, including finance company Greensill Capital, which later collapsed.

The collapse of the company prompted questions about the extent to which former leaders can use their status to influence government policy, after Mr Cameron repeatedly contacted senior ministers in 2020 in the interest of his job.

Prime Minister Sunak's office said King Charles approved the decision to give Mr Cameron a seat in the House of Lords, allowing him to return to government despite no longer being an elected member of parliament.

Other names left are: Nick Gibb , Minister of Education; Neil O'Brien resigns as senior minister; Will Quince resigns as Health Minister; Jesse Norman resigns as Transport Minister; Rachel Maclean was sacked as Housing Minister; Therese Coffey resigns as Environment Secretary; Jeremy Quin resigns as Director General of Pay and Minister for the Cabinet Office.

According to the British media, despite the fact that the ministers have resigned, it was the prime minister who asked them to do so. In short, they were fired. This was confirmed by Rachel Maclean.

" I have been asked to leave my position as Minister of Housing. Disappointed and looking forward to presenting the Tenancy Reform Bill to the Committee tomorrow and later the Tenancy and Freehold Bill. It has been a privilege to hold this post and I wish success to my successor ", she said.

A reaction came from the Minister of Transport, Jesse Norman. He said it had been a great honor to serve in successive governments since 2016 and was proud of the zero-emission vehicle mandate he recently oversaw, Sky News reports.

" Thank you for the calm, focused and long-term leadership you have given this country over the past year. This is the right time to resign," he said in his resignation letter to the prime minister, which he shared online , he said.
