Ali Khamenei and Iranian President Fazlakian were targets of Israeli airstrikes on Tehran, Iranian officials have confirmed, while satellite images reveal damage to Khamenei's residence, which was attacked this morning.
An Israeli security source told Reuters that we attacked key Iranian personnel who are part of the plan to destroy Israel.
Satellite images show black smoke and extensive damage at the secure compound of Iran's Supreme Leader, Ali Khamenei, in Tehran, although its location is unclear.
The image shows collapsed buildings in the complex, which usually serves as Khamenei's residence and a center for receiving senior officials.
From the publications so far, at least 3 senior officials, trusted figures of Khamenei, are dead. However, Iran claims that one of the senior officials reported as executed, Army Commander Amir Hatami, is healthy and safe and is leading the army.
