The media in Belgrade have echoed the message of Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama to Serbia.
They emphasized Rama's ultimatum that if Serbia does not soon release the three recently arrested Kosovo policemen, this means a return to the cooling of relations between Tirana and Belgrade.
Further, B92 writes that with this reaction, Rama is openly threatening Serbia.
"The longer the three arrested policemen are kept in Serbia and even if they crossed the border line and did not commit any crime, the likelihood that our bilateral relations will not take a few steps back decreases. This could be payback week. of the cold relations between us, if they are not released!", Rama wrote on Twitter.
Three Kosovar policemen were kidnapped on June 14 by the Serbian Police in the territory of Kosovo, near Leposavič on an illegal road. Police officers Rifat Zeka, Beqir Sefa and Mustafa Shemi were kidnapped by Serbian forces during a patrol in the place called Tresave/Bare. , on the border line in the north of Kosovo.
This village is located in the municipality of Leposavič.
On the other hand, the US Department of State has demanded the unconditional release of three members of the Kosovo border police kidnapped by Serbian forces.
