Lisa, a lone Ukrainian girl, 2, was killed by Russian bombing in Dnipro overnight and is one of at least 500 children who have lost their lives during the occupation.
Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky released the figures after her body was discovered, saying Russia had taken the lives of future "scholars, artists and sports champions".
"Russian weapons and hatred... continue to take and destroy the lives of Ukrainian children every day. It was impossible to determine the exact number of child victims due to the constant attacks. All of Ukraine, all of our people, all of our children, must be freed from Russian terror ," the president said in his speech.
