The Secretary General of NATO, Jens Stoltenberg, after receiving the highest honor from the American president, the medal of honor, went to the State Department where he announced that there will be decisions about Ukraine at this Washington summit.
The alliance is expected to guarantee new military aid, but also an irreversible path for Ukraine's admission to the powerful bloc.
