The vice-president of the Russian Security Council, Dimitry Medvedev, has been harsh in his statements, giving strength to the debate that has been reopened in Russia on the restoration of the death penalty for terrorism.
"Everyone is asking me. What are you going to do? They were caught. Should they be killed? It is necessary! And it will be! But it is much more important to kill everyone involved in the attack! Everyone! Who paid! We have to kill them all," Medvedev said.
So the four arrested as perpetrators of Friday's attack in Moscow will remain in custody until May 22. Authorities found them guilty of killing 137 people and wounding 182 others, while Moscow continues to accuse Ukraine of being behind the massacre and that Washington is trying to cover it up by blaming ISIS.
