Romanian President Klaus Iohannis has left Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban waiting, who had gone to welcome him.

This happened when the Romanian president arrived at the summit of the European Political Community in Budapest. Viktor Orban was waiting for Klaus Iohannis on the red carpet.
