Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has held a telephone conversation with US President Donald Trump, amid the two countries' joint military strikes against Iran.
The news was announced through an official announcement from the Israeli Prime Minister's office, while a photo of Netanyahu was also published.
According to the statement, the phone call took place in the context of recent military developments, however, no details were provided on the content of the conversation or whether coordination of further steps was discussed.
Along with the announcement, Netanyahu's office also released a photo of his office. On the prime minister's desk is the book "Allies at War" by British historian Tim Bouverie, a work that deals with the relations and clashes between the Allied powers during World War II.
