Netanyahu does not ask about the US: We do not retreat from victory, the war ends when Hamas surrenders

Israel is determined to win the war against the Palestinian Islamist movement Hamas in the Gaza Strip.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said he is determined to achieve the goals of victory. He also stated that the war does not end unless Hamas surrenders.

"We will achieve the objectives of victory, first of all, the release of the hostages," Netanyahu said, adding that the Gaza campaign is a choice between freedom and prosperity, versus despair, killing and violence.

"Either us, Israel, or them, the monsters of Hamas",  he said, emphasizing that "only together we will win".

Netanyahu also said that unity is the key in this war, adding that the fight for Israel's independence will continue.
