Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu made his first statement after the attempted attack on his home in Caesarea, at noon on Saturday.
In the video posted on the "X" social network, the Israeli Prime Minister while walking in a park says: "Nothing stops us, we will continue until victory".
The prime minister further congratulates the Israeli forces for the work they are doing against the Hamas army, referring to the elimination of the Hamas leader by the Israeli troops.
"You know, two days ago we eliminated the mass murderer, the leader of Hamas, Yahya Sinwar. As I said, we are in an existential war and we will continue until the end. And I want to say something else, I am proud of our soldiers, I am proud of our commanders and I am proud of you, the citizens of Israel", he adds.
Netanyahu called Sinwar a "terrorist organizer".
International media reported this Saturday that Netanyahu's residence was targeted by a drone. So at the time of the attack, neither the Israeli prime minister nor his wife were in the apartment.
The Prime Minister's Office in Israel confirmed earlier that Benjamin Netanyahu's private residence in Caesarea was the target of a drone attack from Lebanon.
In a brief statement, the office said Prime Minister Netanyahu and his wife Sara were not at home at the time of the attack and that no one was injured in the incident.
So far, the Iranian-backed Lebanese group Hezbollah, which has been exchanging fire with Israel for a year, has not claimed responsibility for the drone attack, nor has any other militant group.
Hezbollah, which controls southern Lebanon, has been designated a terrorist organization by the United States, while the European Union has blacklisted its armed wing but not its political party.
