Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has sent another message to the Iranian people, calling on them to rise up against the regime in Tehran.
In a video message published on the X platform, Netanyahu said that change in Iran must come from the citizens themselves, who, according to him, must take the fate of their country into their own hands.
"It is the Iranian people who must take their destiny into their own hands and rise up against the regime ," the Israeli prime minister emphasized in his message.
The video is accompanied by dramatic music and images of crowds waving the historic Iranian flag with the Lion and Sun, as well as the Israeli flag. In the message, Netanyahu emphasizes that Israel aims to see an Iran free from the current regime.
"We want to free Iran from the yoke of tyranny ," he said.
At the end of his message, Netanyahu said he believes that one day relations between the two countries could radically change.
"I believe that, if you stand up at the moment of truth, the day will not be long in coming when Israel and Iran will become courageous friends again," the Israeli prime minister declared.
