
Dick Marty, the former prosecutor who "incited" Kosovo regarding the war with Serbia, has passed away today. He is known as the person who drafted a compromising report regarding the alleged war crimes in Kosovo, even inventing the story of the "Yellow House", claiming that organs were trafficked there.
On the basis of his report on Kosovo in 2011, as a special investigator for the Council of Europe that had claimed for organ trafficking, including the KLA, the Special Court in The Hague was established by the Assembly of Kosovo a few years later. Today, based on this report, the former leader of the KLA, the former president Hashim Thaçi, Kadri Veseli, Rexhep Selimi and Jakup Krasniqi continue the battle in The Hague for more than 2 years.

Dick Marty was a Swiss politician of the "Liberals" and former state prosecutor in the canton of Ticino. He was born on January 7, 1945 and became known as a member of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe.
He holds a doctorate in law from the University of Neuchatel. He worked at the renowned Max Planck Institute for Foreign and International Law in Freiburg, Germany.
As a state prosecutor in Ticino, he was known for his energetic activities in the fight against organized crime and drug abuse. For his achievements in this field, he received the Honor Award of the US Department of Justice and other awards.
In 1998 he was appointed a member of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, where he became part of the Monitoring Committee.
In 2005, Marty was appointed to lead the Council of Europe's investigation into alleged illegal CIA secret prisons in Europe. In June 2006 he produced his report concluding that fourteen European states had helped commit such abuses. He then published a second report on the case where he supported the previous findings.
On December 14, 2010, Marty published a report alleging the inhumane treatment of people and the killing of prisoners for the purpose of illegal organ harvesting and trafficking in Kosovo, which included Hashim Thaçi, the then political leader of the KLA. and current president of the country.
Political leaders in Kosovo strongly reacted against this report calling it "politically motivated".
