After the 4.5-magnitude earthquake that occurred in the Ilgaz neighborhood of Çankir, Geophysical engineer Prof. Dr. Ahmet Ercan warned that there could be an earthquake with a magnitude of 6 to 6.8 between Bolu-Gerede-Çankırı.
The last earthquake had a magnitude with a depth of 7 kilometers.
