Iranian officials are in the final stages of internal discussions on the terms of an agreement with the United States, Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Esmaeil Baghaei said on Friday.
" So far, understanding has been reached on most issues and we are in the final stage of internal reviews ," Baghaei was quoted as saying by Iranian state media.
He added that Tehran is closely following the positions of the American side and that it will announce its position in accordance with the developments in the diplomatic process.
" Even at these moments, as I speak to you, meetings are taking place between the relevant institutions ," he declared.
According to Baghaei, the timing, location, and details of the agreement will depend on the progress of diplomatic negotiations in the coming days.
