A serious incident occurred in Sicily, where five migrants lost their lives after the boat they were traveling in flooded.

The bodies of the five victims were recovered today by the Coast Guard. Italian coasts are used to cross migrants from African countries to Europe.

Yesterday evening, 95 migrants and refugees, mainly from Eritrea, Sudan and Syria, arrived in Lampedusa in two boats.
