Russian President Vladimir Putin, in a meeting with the board of the Ministry of Defense of Russia, declared this Tuesday that he does not plan a war against Europe.
This attitude of his seems to also refer to the situation created between Russia and Finland, which joined NATO. For Putin, who has long announced his opposition to NATO expansion, this has marked a major change in the security of his "front".
The Russian president has said that he is not planning a war 'against Europe', following this he has accused the US of using Europe to fulfill its own interests.
Further, in his speech, he said that Finland's membership in NATO will open problems for that country.
We recall that before President Putin launched his invasion of Ukraine, he asked NATO to limit its expansion, which apparently is now an even greater threat to him.
