Finnish President Alexander Stubb begins his remarks with a joke with Donald Trump about his "youth" - the American leader described Stubb as young and powerful, something Stubb joked he would tell his wife.
Stubb went on to say, "In the last two weeks, we've probably made more progress in ending this war than in the last three and a half years."
Stubb explained why he was there. According to him, it was because his country shares an 800-mile border with Russia.
" Of course, we have our historical experience with Russia... and if I look at the positive side of our situation now, we found a solution in 1944 and I am sure that we will be able to find a solution in 2025 to end Russia's war of aggression and to find and achieve a lasting and just peace. The situation is very difficult, but that is why we are here ," Stubb added.
