The Prince of Wales held a ceremony at Windsor Castle this morning and will attend a gala dinner to raise funds for the London Air Ambulance charity in the evening.
The father-of-three took a break from official engagements to look after the Princess of Wales and their children after she spent 13 days in hospital.
But while King Charles is forced to postpone public engagements as he undergoes cancer treatment, other members of the royal family, including William, have taken on some duties.
And his days look set to be even busier, as his brother Prince Harry reportedly stayed at a London hotel on Tuesday night after briefly meeting his father.
