The complete disarmament of Hezbollah by Israel is considered an unattainable objective under current conditions, according to international analysts. Haiko Wimmen from the International Crisis Group stated that such a scenario is not realistic and that developments on the ground are leading to an unclear and long-term situation.
" We know that Hezbollah's disarmament is not on the table, so we are seeing an indefinite military presence taking shape ," he said, highlighting the risk of continued destabilization in the region.
Hezbollah has reportedly become actively involved in the conflict on the side of Iran, following attacks by Israel and the United States. Despite military pressure, the organization continues to maintain its presence in key areas of Lebanon, including the Bekaa Valley and the south of the country.
Analysts emphasize that even if the group withdraws from certain areas, this does not necessarily mean its elimination as a military and political force.
Current developments raise concerns about a prolonged conflict in the Middle East and the difficulties in achieving lasting stability, while experts speak of a crisis with no clear end.
