Extraordinary parliamentary and local elections are being held today in Serbia. These elections came after mass protests by the opposition, precipitated by gun attacks on several schools in Belgrade, where several students were killed as a result.
Journalist Xhemajl Rexha said that about 100 thousand Serbs living in Kosovo traveled to Serbia to participate in the elections. Since it is a high number of voters, Vučić cares that they vote, as they can change a lot in the final result.
In an interview for Euronews Albania, he further emphasized that it is the third time that elections are not allowed in Kosovo.
“According to some figures, the number of those Serbs who live in Kosovo and who have the right to vote may go up to 100 thousand. It is the third time that Serbian elections are not allowed in Kosovo and a significant number have gone to vote. A large number of Albanians from the Presheva Valley live in Kosovo and they are organized", he said.
