The 'Katargate' scandal/ Eva Kaili files a lawsuit against the European Parliament: He violated my immunity

Eva Kaili filed a lawsuit against the European Parliament for violation of her parliamentary immunity, as she was monitored by the secret services during the period when she participated in the Pega commission.

The latter was institutionally investigating the activities of MEPs and EU citizens. This is reported by the lawyers of the former vice-president of the European Parliament.

We recall that Kaili was arrested on December 9 and released on bail on May 25.

Eva Kaili was released on bail after the prosecution's decision to remove electronic surveillance and house arrest.
