With the US election two days away, a New York Times/Siena poll released Sunday says Kamala Harris leads Donald Trump in two states.
The poll, traditionally one of the most reliable, shows Harris ahead of Trump in North Carolina and Wisconsin. Instead, Trump remains ahead in Arizona.
In three other states, Michigan, Georgia and Pennsylvania, the two are very close to each other or almost 'head to head'. Meanwhile, Trump leads Harris in Arizona by 49% to 45%.
In Georgia, Harris leads with 48%, while Trump 47%, in North Carolina Harris has 48%, while Trump 46%. Also in Nevada, Harris is in the lead, with 49%, and Trump 47%, writes NYT.
The two presidential candidates each received 48% in Pennsylvania and 47% in Michigan.
The poll was conducted between October 24 and November 2 among 7,879 likely voters in key states. The margin of error was +/-1.3 points across all states and +/-3.5 points within each state separately.
