
Two Italian businessmen are suspected of having died after the wreckage of their private helicopter was found at an altitude of 1,000 meters.
The pilot is said to be among the victims, but there is no official announcement on the death toll yet.
The incident occurred in a mountainous area on the border between Marche and Tuscany in Italy, this morning (November 10).
According to the ANSA agency, 77-year-old Mario Paglicci, a well-known jeweler from Arezzo, and 67-year-old Fulvio Casini from Sinalunga near Siena, had sent a distress signal of engine failure before their helicopter crashed on Sunday afternoon.
The two businessmen were reportedly traveling from Venice to Arezzo.
