The grandfather of the four-year-old girl who was freed after being taken hostage by the Hamas terror group, Carmel Idan, has told of the fear and panic he felt when he realized his granddaughter had been kidnapped.
I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the photos, he said.
"It was shocking, I didn't believe it until I saw it. Now I'm calm, but I can't say I'm completely happy. Her parents were killed by Hamas terrorists in their home", said the grandfather of four-year-old Avigail Idan.
He also expressed that he prays for the war to end and for everyone to return to their homes.
"I want all the hostages to be released and the Israeli army to fulfill what it has promised. To release the hostages and destroy Hamas", he further said.
